I created a custom mounting plate for use with 12 volt round automotive LED lit rocker switches.  One of the models has a light bulb and a Fan symbol and the other model is blank.

Left over M3x8 (6) screws and M3nS (2) nuts from the Prusa Enclosure kit. 

The screws will cut their own threads with some force, but I prefer to use an M3 tap and a little Super Lube oil to cut threads in advance.
