Scaled to x=105%, y=105%, z=90% - see the files for more print settings. 

Printed the blade first, then the handle. Added a pause right before the base of the hilt (top of the print) was covered up and carefully dropped it in. Be quick with this! I left it to cool for a minute by accident and mine got pretty weak at this layer and started to come apart in spots, I just heated it back up with a hot needle to melt it back together.

Note: I Would have preferred my Bottom Fill Pattern to be Octagram Spiral but forgot to add it; Top Fill Pattern is however.
