This is a simple parametric cable mount for routing cables on your ceiling or wall built in onshape. I attach it to the walls with double-sided tape (specifically this one , and it holds very well. 

I've attached a few STLs which I've used, but it is fairly easy to create your own from the onshape source which is free to use if you create an account. Simply modify the parameters in the feature tree as below,
