I always wanted to design a nice looking stackable crate primarily for testing my 3D printer. This crate is designed to be printed without supports by relying on bridging capabilities of filament and printer.

Best print settings are 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle diameter. All other settings depends on your filament specs.
