A simple riser for Seiki 42" televisions.  May fit others such as Westinghouse.  The unique aspect of this stand is that it requires an angle (9.7 degrees) for the front leg.

This is a 2 piece (per side) riser that can be coupled using M3 screws/bolts and nuts.  Additionally, the files can simply be mirrored in your printing software for use on the opposing side.
