I designed these parts during a project to mount LED string lights to our aluminum under-deck ceiling and gutters for our back patio.

The Aluminum Edge Clip was created to mount ~7.5mm string light cables or extension cables to a rolled sheet-metal edge - specifically the edge trim on our corrugated under-deck ceiling.

The edge trim hardware brand is unknown, but my measurements (should they help anyone) were 2.8mm for the rolled edge, 0.5mm sheet metal thickness. My rolled edge extended 10.5mm and creates the lip my design clips to. I have included a STEP file for easy customization.
