Inspiered by this video 

I created my own version of a guide rail parallel guide for repeatable cutting smaller stripes with a track saw.

For clamping I used M8x16 srew and nut. 

Th rod is 12x1 aluminum form my local hardware store. I made them 500mm long which is suitable for my needs. Of course you can change it to any length suited for you.

For design I used onshape. If you need to change it for your own needs here are the model files:

Furthermore I added a knob for the screw head, which is not shown on the fotos.
