    - two #4-40 x 0.5 inch long screws and nuts (to attach the socket)

    - two #4-40 x .375 inch long screws and nuts (to attach the strain relief cover.

The nuts are imbedded in the base, so you will need to add color changes in the base at two different layers to insert them.
