In many Chinese stores you can buy a cheap 100x30mm aluminium waterproof case, ideal as an EDC case. So, for better order in the case, I created a simple insert, intended primarily for better placement of banknotes and also a USB Flash Disk. 

This model is tested for 100, 200 and 500 CZK banknotes and for 5 and 10 EUR banknotes.

Banknotes higher than 67mm unfortunately do not fit into the case without possible damage.

If you need to customize it for your currency, you can easily do so by changing the "banknote_height" variable in OnShape, link bellow. These are mainly banknotes with a smaller height.
