Use drill to make a proper hole and push filament thread through. See the image depicted.

Use 100% infill to ease further hole drill. This clip is very small you will save negligible amount of filament when you set 3 perimerers and 20% infill.

For printing multiple clips point the sharp edge outside printed area. Otherwise the edge will not be sharp and this worses container opening.
