This is a remix for the Printacaster to fit the parts from a Squier Affinity 2023 edition, model number 0378203550. Mainly the core was remixed to fit the different bridge, pickups and change to a string-through body.

The bridge and strap buttons are changed to m4 screws to get even more strength to this parts. I used full size m4 thread inserts and M4x20 screws. (4x bridge, 2x strap)
Everything else is still on M3x5x4 (Voron) thread inserts.

The lower left part is also remixed, I don't wanted to use the default chrome cover for the switch and poti. But the core still fits the original design, you can use this core and everything else from the orignal design if you want.

The pickguard is also changed a little bit, if you want to use this pickguard with the original lower left part, you maybe need to adjust the hole positions.

For the 6.3 terminal port, the original part from the Squier was reused.

The strings are fixed by a little spacer, then the color inlay and a M3 nut, so the strings are not directly pushing into the PLA.

This was printed on a Bambu Lab X1C and the core was printed in one part, see the attached picture for orientation.

Extrudr NX2 Matt PLA Neon Orange
Extrudr NX2 Matt PLA Light Blue
Bambu Lab PLA-CF Black
Polymaker PolyTerra PLA Cotton White

For Strings I used Elixir 9-42 super light to get minimal weight on the core.

Print settings:
Core: 6x wall loops, 6x top/button layers, 25% gyroid infill
Pickguard: 2x wall loops, 100% infill
Everything else: 5x wall loops, 3x top/button layers, 15% gyroid infill
