All models are roughly 4-5 cm long. On the photo with two ears, the one on the right is scaled up to 6.5 cm.

improved_ear - Has a better pendant hole that is closely attached

ear_1 - previous version of the pendant hole, requires extra care when printing

ear_2 - has a hole in place of an earing

plain_ear - just as the title says, plain old ear witch no attachments

You may scale the models down a bit but be aware that the pendant hole might become too small. Might be ok with no supports, but a small amount wouldn't hurt.  You may need a metal ring for the ear_2 version.
