I designed this XL D20 for printing on my Prusa XL. I used organic supports, but considering the underside looked perfect and the supports just popped off in one piece, I wonder if they were ever really needed.

This is printed in two parts. the first is the “top” of the die and includes the “20” face (in a separate color) and 4 others. The top is held to the bottom (all remaining faces) via 10 of 16mm diameter x 1.6mm neodymium magnets. The whole die can then be opened and used for hidden storage. =)

The PrusaSlicer projects for the die parts have pre-defined pauses at the right layers for inserting the magnets. Make sure you orient them correctly so that the lid will be attracted to the base.

For single-color prints, convert all the numerals into negative volumes in PrusaSlicer! They are all 2mm deep into the faces.
