Intro

I am working on a project involving an Adafruit Macropad with the goal of teaching me Circuitpython and Python more generally. Thus, I designed this case for my project because I wanted to make my own.

Printing

All of the parts should fit on a Voron 0 print bed (120x120 mm^2).

You will need to print one of each:

• body
• plate
• knob

Optionally, to give the knob more accent. (print in a different color than the one used for the knob)

• knobMarker

Use standard print settings. Supports recommended.

Assembly

The only hardware needed are 4x M3x8 (M3x6 should work fine as well). Any head should work as long as the diameter is within 6mm.

Before inserting the switches onto the board, push them through the holes in the plate until they click into place. The plate will provide stability and keep the switches from wobbling and falling out.

Then insert the board into the case, such that the brass standoffs align with the screw holes at the bottom. Then fasten the screws.
