Update

I updated two parts, the lid and main part, to be slightly reinforced. This hopefully prevents the parts breaking when assembling.

It's litho settings

Rectangular litophanes

For the sides, the lito is a rectangle with the dimensions (default ones for a standars photo in portrait mode) of 
Width: 100 
Height: 177.8 
Min thickness: 0.8
Max thickness: 3.2

Frame:
Thickness: 3
Depth: 4
Angle: 45

Circular litophane

Diameter: 95

The rest of the settings are the same as for the rectangular ones.

Print settings

I printed it all on my Ender 3 v2

Lamp parts

Layer height: 0.16 mm
First layer height: 0.4 mm
Perimeters: 3
Top solid layers: 5
Bottom solid layers: 5
Supports: No
Infill: 15%, Gyroid

Litophanes

For the rectangular ones: same as above, but also having a 5mm brim since I printed them with the long side to the build plate, i.e. not lying down on the “back”.
Round ones: also same as the retangular, but no brim and lying down with the flat backside on the build plate.

Assembly

The lid, base and lamp fitting all have a sacrificial layer, so you have to cut those away.
The lamp fitting is glued into the base. The hole in the fitting part has a diameter of 28 mm, so it fits an E14 lamp base.

The litos should just slide into the main part, eventhough I had to sand the edges of them to make them go in easier. They are not supposed to be glued, so you can change the photos whenever you feel like it.

The lid sits on top of the main part, but can also be a bit snug. The circular lito rest on top of the lid; the hole has a a little ledge to keep it from falling through.

To make it easier to change the bulb, the main part sits on top of the base with out any glue. This also makes it possible to rotate the lamp  when it's time to see the pictures on the back side of the lamp.
