For perfect cookies, make sure your dough is evenly thick!

INFO:

Dimension of a single hexagon is 45mm side to side. Middle hexagon is 15mm. Meaning 15mm remain for the thickness of the sides.

HOW TO PRINT:

Thinnest part is 0,4mm wide. Consider that if you have a 0,6mm nozzle.
other than that there should be nothing challenging about this. 
Just set enough perimeters to have the top half without infill so it doesn't break.

Make sure to clean it properly and wash it properly before first use. You do not want any plastic in your cookies! I personally used a wire brush, sandpaper and a lighter to get rid of some minor stringing and washed it properly with a rough sponge.
