This is a customizable indoor simulator golf tee.  I included the Fusion 360 file so that you can modify this model to fit your needs - for example tee height.  Simply open the Fusion 360 model and change the Height parameter and viola, custom size height for your particular swing.

Definitely print this in TPU or other flexible material!!  PETG and PLA NOT RECOMMENDED as the tee will shatter upon impact.  TPU survives a few hits - you could probably increase durability by changing the design a bit - feel free to do so.
