The hole is sized for a #8 standard flat head screw which are widely available in the US. I should note that US flat head screws typically have an 82 degree angle while metric screws typically have a 90 degree angle, so if you use an M4 flat-head screw it will only contact around the very edge of the head. An M4 button-head or socket-head screw with a washer would be a better option if you are outside the US and don't want to modify the model to accept a flat head metric screw. In any case, make sure the screws you buy are long enough to go through the part, the drywall, and at least 3/4" (19 mm) into the stud.
