I needed a small cable clip that would fix one or more cables into the corner of a room.

I've used it to fix single and double drops of CAT6a cable, but you may need to experiment to see if your cable is held sufficiently tight or not for this clip to be useable.

The thru hole is sized to accept a 2.5mm wide zip tie.

I used 3M VHB tape to fix the clips to the wall.

Printing

I printed the clips with 3 perimeters and 40% Cubic infill.
You could reduce the infill but the difference in filament used is minimal.
(40% - 1.74g vs 10% - 1.67g)
