Introduction

Received a Wooden Tabletop Football (a.k.a foosball, table soccer, table football) set as a gift recently, but noticed an absence of consistent and fair ball starting method.

Design

• Modelled in Fusion360
• Parametric
  • ball_diameter for the diameter of the ball (design automatically adds 2mm to this number for the hole size)
  • table_wall_thickness for the thickness of the wall to mount this device - recommend adding 0.3-0.5mm clearance to account for material shrinkage depending on filament

Printing

• Print as downloaded, should be top-down (upside down)
• Brim recommended if your printer goes fast, I used 5mm
• Recommend PrusaSlicer auto supports at 60°
• Only really necessary at 40° but recommend 60° for abundant smoothness of the chute
• 4 walls, 5 top and bottom shells, 15% rectilinear infill
