Update: Added another Inner vase with a 4mm base so that it does not get stuck in the outer if it's screwed in too far.

This was inspired by Devin @ Make Anything on YT.
Devin created something similar in Solidworks. But since I use Fusion 360 I wanted to design a similar thing in that. It was a bit of a challenge, but then, it wouldn't be any fun if it was easy :-)
And this is the result. Obviously I will tweak it from time to time, but at least this works very well.
