This is a crappy Maraca I made in tinker cad. 

This is how you print it:

1.  Download the file, make sure your slicer can pause prints.

2. put the file in your slicer, in your slicer (in my case Bambu lab slicer) make the print pause at about halfway through the pocket in the middle

3. When your print is paused at halfway go to your printer. get some small hard beads to put in the paused maraca, you can use beans, dried rice, or even 3d printing scraps. Make sure to not have too many or it won't sound good.

4. Resume the print with the “stuff” inside of the cavity

5. Enjoy!

Use supports! it dose not matter how good your settings are, if you do not use supports, it will wobble around and fail!
