I needed a way to keep our laundry door open while my wife was removing cloths from the dryer/washer. So i came up with this simple-to-use door stop that stays in place with existing hardware. Just unscrew the back doorstop and remove the holder and screw. Place the screw through the Door-Stop-Lock and have the holder between the print and wall. Screw into place with the added hole in front. Once the Door-Stop-Lock is in place. Insert TPU Stop and your done. (If you don't have the hardware you should still be able to screw into the base or wall)
You can open the door lock it into place and then when you need to close again slightly step on the front wedge to release the door and Walla! Really helps when your hands are full.
