It can be printed without supports on a Prusa MK4, sliced with the structure profile at 0.15 layer height in Prusa slicer in PLA.

It works with zero post processing, on tables that are less than 3 cm thick. 

The idea is to feed your cables through the hole and use the screw to clamp to the edge of the table, tightening the screw from the bottom.
