I sculpted this piece in Zbrush.  For my display I cut up the stem into 4 separate pieces.  Depending on printer size, and final size you print it at, slicing will be required.  I printed mine in PETG plastic, with 5 walls and lightning infill.  For the inside clear part of the pumpkin, I printed that in TPU to make it easier to wiggle around in there and get it in it's proper location.  I recommend to print the inside clear with no top or bottom shells.
