Descrição
This tiny whistle (only 5mm thick) is very loud and very sturdy. For your help, the international Alpine distress signal and the SOS Morse code are printed on the top. This whistle fits easily on any keychain.
WARNING:
This is an emergency whistle and not a toy! It's extremely loud which can harm the ears, so please protect your ears and don't use it near other people or animals!
How to print:
All Slicers:
Use a line width of 0.4 mm and a layer height of 0.2 mm, 5 top layers and 5 bottom layers. Don't use support and don't change the given orientation of the objects.
The whistle requires correct positioning of the Z-seam - it shouldn't be placed in the narrow air passages inside the whistle. The Z-seam should be positioned as shown in the images above (the white dots represent the Z-seam). Use the “Z Seam Alignment: User specified” option in Cura or the "Seam Painting" option in PrusaSlicer to achieve this.
Print slowly (max. 25 mm/s for walls) to achieve sharp edges.
If you want a fancy dual color whistle like the picture above, just change the filament at layer 25.
PrusaSlicer
Use default settings and manually paint the z-seam as in the pictures above.
Cura Slicer:
- Wall Line Count: 2
- Extra Infill Wall Count: 1
- Z-Seam Relative: ON
- Z-Seam X: 0
- Z-Seam Y: -50
- Enable Bridge Settings: ON
- Bridge Wall Coasting: 0%
- Bridge Wall Flow: 100%
- Bridge Skin Flow: 70%
- Bridge Has Multiple Layers: OFF
