I got myself some ESP32 to use as a bluetooth proxy in Home Assistant and needed a case for them.
The ones I found online were not really what I was looking for or weren't for the board version I got.
So I designed a case myself. It is a tight fit (around 0.2mm clearance betweent bottom and top).

I made two top parts, one with access to the headers on the board and one which is fully closed.

I also accounted for the boot and reset button on the bottom part, in case you need to press them with a paperclip or another pointy thing.

The USB-C port is completely accessible (as you can see in the last two pictures).

Printing

I printed the case in PLA with 0.24mm layer height, 20% infill and 3 perimeters.
Bottom and fully closed top needed around 12,5g of filament and took around 39 minutes to print on my Ender 3.
