As shown in the pics,  one of the bushings for the Milescraft base plate had failed so I set out to make a replacement.  Recreated it to my liking, cut a piece of ¼" tubing which was press fit in with a little heat.  Printed in ABS w/ 99 walls for a solid part. Turns and locks in place as it should in the base plate.
