… I got a lot of valuable feedback. In some cases, users found that the tolerances of the locknut where simply too tight and they had to print it scaled to 100+x % to make it work. While it worked for most users out-of-the-box, I wanted to make everyone happy with the design without any troubles. 

I also figured myself that the clamping mechanism did not provide enough clamping force if the nut was hand-tight. That was mostly a problem when the parts were printed from PLA, while the recommend PETG gave reasonably good results already. But I understand that many users prefer PLA, so my design was not perfect for them. Also here I figured I could do better.

I am proud to present: A further improved lock nut that fixes both of these imperfections. I hope you will be as happy with this design as I am.

The screw driver handle does not need to be changed, the new lock-nut fits to the original design (see link above).
