This is a remix of my Hinged Card Box. This is sized to fit Pokemon cards with sleeves and plenty of room to spare. Use Prusaslicer or Bambu Studio to add a name to the top face. Fits 6 mm x 2 mm magnets, I've found these work best. 

Instructions: You need to rotate the top so the largest flat face is flat on the build plate, as shown in the pictures. Slide a piece of filament through the hinge leaving about 1-2mm of excess on each side. Use a flame/heat source to warm the end (1-2seconds max) and then press the hot plastic against a flat surface, locking the hinge into place. Glue in magnets, use my Magic Magnet Tool to get the polarity correct.
