A Berd Air part cooling system for the Monoprice Maker Select Mini and E3D V6 hot-end. Combine with and small air pump, some 6mm airline tubing and 4mm aluminum or brass pipe. Makes for a lightweight but highly effective part cooling system.

For the pipes you need 4mm outer diameter of either brass or aluminum. This is available at your local hobby/RC store. Cut 2 pieces 30mm long and 2 pieces 15mm.

Test fit the 30mm pieces and mark them where they line up with the tip of the nozzle. Drill five 1mm holes in a straight line down the length of the pipe, about 3-4mm apart. Ideally you want the center hole of the five to line up exactly with the tip of the nozzle. After you've installed the pipes, plug the exposed end or just pinch it off. Twist them so that the holes are aimed exactly at the tip of the nozzle.

Push the two 15mm pipes into the top of the shroud so that they are firmly in place, with about half the length exposed. Connect airline tubing to each of them and run them to your air pump. If you don't want to run two lines, you can use a T connector to join them above the fan shroud, just be careful not to kink them.

What pump to use? For PETG, a simple 100-gallon aquarium pump will do.
