Print with 0.1 mm Layers and a color change for the accent. Ironing might be enabled for a smoother Top surface.
Depending on the Filament the message shows through the top layer. Increase the top_thickness to counteract. Decrease top_thickness to let more light through.

Printed on a Prusa MK4 with 0.4 mm Nozzle. The Filament is DAS Filament PLA Metallic Red and Prusament PLA Galaxy Black

Customize

To customize download OpenSCAD, an open-source CAD tool:

Use the Customizer on the right to adjust the size. If the Customizer-Window is not shown on the right, open it under “Window>Customizer”.

You can then change the Text, Font, text position and thickness, etc.

Put “heart.svg” in the same directory as the “secretHeart.scad”.

To see the text inside, the heart is set to transparent. In order to get a complete model, comment the “%” Percent-sign with Ctrl+D in line 32. Additional instructions begin in line 30.
