I designed this planter just for fun, an printed plenty of them already. At home, for friends and for in the office. (works great to share your 3D printing enthousiasm with colleagues!)

I usually print them in PLA. Although it is officially not watertight, it works fine because of the insert. When not using an insert I would recommend PETG. 

I uploaded multiple versions:

• 70 mm high version that I used to fit a small disposable plant pot in 
  • top diameter 57 mm, bottom diameter 39 mm
  • used in cover photo
• 100 mm high version that fits a standard disposable coffee cup (8 oz)
  • superhandy for in the office!
  • top diameter 80 mm, bottom diameter 58 mm 
  • visible on third photo
• three 160 mm high versions that can be used to scale up and down
  • solid model
  • 3 mm wall thickness
  • 1.6 mm wall thickness

The design is made parametrically using Grasshopper (for Rhinoceros) so if you have any requests for sizes or variants, let me know! Also if you have Grasshopper and would like to use the script yourself let me know so I can share it!
