After a few charging processes, the cap of my CUBE eBike broke, so I decided to create a cover. This is almost a year ago, so it has had a long successful test run to confirm it works. 

I made an reprint out of plasticine, which served as a template for the construction.

You must print it with supports. The “Z-Nose" is be on the printbed.

PETG is my material of choice.
