I designed a replacement peg for my BLACK and DECKER Workmate portable workbench. The original part works just fine, however, I needed a few more as several have gone missing over the years.

I tried to remain true to the original design and dimensions, but modified it slightly as this part will be 3D printed, not injection molded. I removed the ribs on the cylinder and made it solid. I also optimized the count and spacing of ribs on the clamp end to be printed with 4 perimeters.

Print Settings

• Recommend PETG (PLA is too brittle for repeated insertion)
• x4 perimeters
• 15% infill
• 0.2mm layer
• Orient forward jaw face down (as shown in photo)
• Supports required on build surface
