here's your solution!

(don't know why I'm pitching this like its shark tank)

pretty straight forward, hinges clip together eliminating the need for screws or other parts

PRINT INSTRUCTIONS:

     case halves:

          60% infill

          supports

         enable z hop for top half (z hop is what its called for cura it may be different for other slicers

     Latch:

          100% infill

          no supports

     clips

          100% infill (not that it will matter)

Assembly:

         assemble as seen in the images

         super glue the clip where it will accommodate the screw driver

         Optional:

         the latch should be tight enough to hold the clip but to prevent it from falling off, use a soldering iron to melt the sides of the latch block to form a brim

if a soldering iron is not available, the nozzle of a hot glue gun will suffice.
