Stringing & Bridging Test

A perfect model to test your printers ability to properly retract filament, and test its bridging capabilities. This is done with two small towers either side causing the printer to have to travel across the middle on each layer. If the printer is incorrectly calibrated it will cause stringing filament across the middle. The bridging test is simply a bridge across the top of the towers. This tests printer settings, part cooling, and print temperature. If this is not all correct the bridge may droop down.

Printer Settings:

Layer Height - 0.2mm or 200 microns
Infill - 0%
