I wanted a 60mm pass through cable guide for my server rack. Unfortunately the commercial solutions were either expensive or did not meet my needs.

So I designed this model and made it parametric so it should be adaptable for many situations. 

The Inner and outer parts screw together with a 50 degree shallow thread.

the two threaded parts give a good deal of tolerance on the actual required distance between the faces as they do not need to be completely screwed together (e.g. a 50mm part height is usable on walls roughly 55-80mm thick)

The design requires the standard openscad thread library to be available and the parameters can be altered in the “customize” tab in the usual way. 

I have provided a couple of example outputs which have been printed. 

I used PLA with 0.2mm layers, 4 walls and no support and have had no failures so far.
