A GPU power cable guide and GPU support.  The FreeCAD 0.21.0 file is parameterized in the “params” spreadsheet so you may customize to your system.

Verified the drawing works with FreeCAD 1.0.0.

The intent is for you to measure the distance from the bottom of your GPU to the floor of your case, enter this value in <<params>>.ShelfHeight.  You might need to adjust the value of <<params>>.SlotToGPULength which controls the length of the bottom.  After saving your changes, simply File|Export each of the body shapes as STL Mesh files (*.stl).

Created and uploaded a Bambu Studio 3MF file that has the frame components on one build plate (need to print twice, once for right sides, again for left sides), then the bottom on another build plate and the optional top on yet another.  The top and bottoms have a 5 mm brim.  The rest of the settings are the default for 0.2 mm layers.  If you are using a textured build plate, you may want to copy the frame components to another build plate and rotate so the opposite sides are down.

I just printed a test in green.  One photo is the parts straight from the printer.  A few minutes pulling the strings off with twizzers, and a deburring tool for removing the brim.  The second photo is a dry fit.  A little bit of extra deburring was needed on the curved end of the top piece.

After moving my PC around the other day, the GPU started hitting the shelf no matter how I positioned the guide.  So I reduced the <<params>>.ShelfLength to 5 mm so the fan cannot contact the shelf.  Also widened the <<params>>.FrameSlotWidth from 1.2mm to 1.3mm for easier assembly.  Uploaded new files as “GPU Cable Guide 5” with this shorter shelf.  This guide was printed in BambuLab Jade White PLA Basic.
