As @GingerBrandon said (for the diffuser):
I added a thin diffuser model. To use this, print it front side down and switch from white to black a few layers into the grid by "pause at layer" and switching to black. Don't do it at the first grid layer or you may get black scraping snot lines onto the diffuser.
How I Designed This
Modeled by scratch with Fusion 360. This is fully parametric to make a grid whatever size you want.
Parameters for:
X dimension count
Y dimension count
Height
Square size (if your LEDs are 10mm on center, then set this to 10mm)
