Descrição
Leaving my tools in a pile next to my printer isn't working out for me anymore.
I'm also not organized enough to have a tool stand that exactly matches my tool collection.
Creating something that has to be attached to a wall is right out.
So I made a Generic Universal Tool Stand (GUTS).
It has
- 6 holes for holding tools like screwdrivers
- 5 hooks for holding tools likes spanners
The holes are large enough to fit a standard (defined as the one I have) flat head screwdriver.
Have a bigger tool? That's why slicers have scaling functions.
Have a longer tool? That's why slicers have scaling functions.
Print instructions
GUTS is designed to be printed on its side.
I test printed in PETG without supports. The inside of the unsupported side of the side triangle was rough, but this didn't interfere with function.
I printed at 2.0 mm wall thickness and 5% infill. At those settings, almost the entire print is solid.
If you need bigger holes or need to increase the height, your slicer should be able to rescale the print up with no problem. Scaling downward may also be possible, but is not recommened.
