Measure small things on the go.

Pressing the two halves together can be a bit hit or miss depending on your printer tolerances and material used.

Tested and modelled with (Bambu Labs basic) PLA.

Set your line width to 0.35 or smaller and use arachne engine when slicing to get best results.
