EDIT 26/11/23: As requested,  I've remixed this design to create an optional riser with COB light slot. This print is untested has I've already an other light system, please make a feedback if you print it.

Print it strong and maybe use it to glue all parts together?

EDIT 17/09/23: I notice a slight deformation of the chassis due to the temperature. I regularly print ASA and the PLA Though I used doesn't seem to resist. I'm going to print the frame again, but in PETG.

I needed to install 2 AMS close to the printer but in an environment with limited space.

I live in the south of France and the recent heatwave has caused defects in my prints due to excessive heat in the print chamber. Despite the chamber fan, the temperature in the chamber was close to 50°C while printing PLA… 

So, I decide to create this remix on one by @FatTony, who himself had remixed one by @RockChewer to solves my 2 problems.I reduced the amount of plastic needed by modifying the shape of the riser there was a lot of space I didn't need, now all can be printed with just on spool.

I've also created a printable junction remixing the @Lusbueb design that holds the 2 AMS together, you will need 4 M3x16 screw, I used this: Self tapping screws M3x16

I've use Bambu PLA Though grey to print all parts in less than 21h with:

• Profil 0.2 Strengh
  • Reduced perimeters to 3
  • Increased top and bottom shell layers to 6
  • Change infill pattern to Cubic (Gyroid is good but too slow)
  • No brim with cool plate
  • Manual tree support for a small area near the front and rear junctions

Just print all the parts and assemble. If the joints not fits, you have to reprint them scaling down a little.
