The chuck assembly itself is a modified version of the chuck by Daniel Barker [https://grabcad.com/library/mini-drill-chuck-1](https://grabcad.com/library/mini-drill-chuck-1) A.K.A the brass chuck that everyone says you should buy when making this kind of drill (im cheap)

I modified it to be more stable and more easily fit together. The screws on the chuck are M3 and on the handle for the motor M2.5

The threaded part with the smaller bottom hole is intended for a press fit, i.e. you heat it up and press it on the motor shaft for a more secure fit. You might need to fiddle a bit with the proper aligment. I recommend using a standard brass collet as the provided 3D printed one is a bit fragile… sorry haha

The drill handle fits a normal 12V DC motor (Ø25mm) commonly used in smaller drills and is designed to fit in your palm for a more comfortable fit
