This is a very simple and easy to print pencil case.

The outside dimensions are 180mm x 45mm.

The gap between the top and bottom part is 0.1mm. It works well on my printer setup. If needed you can slightly scale the lid to achieve nice snug fit.

You can experiment with different plate textures (smooth, satin, textured, …) to achieve nice finish. In my case the light geen lid is printed on this PEO sheet.

It can also be easily printed from recycled filament from PET bottles.
