We designed and tested several knob type controls but kept coming back to the wheel, so we made some refinements. There is a concave face on an even larger and deeper button than the previous design.
Suggest printing in PETG. If you have a smooth plate, use glue stick as a release agent. PETG sticks to the PEI plate too well and can damage the surface.
We used a 0.2mm layer height so that the printer can bridge the inner spokes better.
