I made this just for practice with fusion 360 how make hinges, if you want print the same design (190 x 94) , you need print the two parts by separated , but you can also made de box less deep or the cover more deep, if you did this and the hinge is in a perfect position of 180º, you can also print the hinge ready (if you are doing this , probably you need move the hinge after the print have done and the hinge still hot, depends in the precisiont and de resolution of your printer).

PROBABLY YOU NEED SUPPORTS (on the hinge of the box) IF YOUR BOX IS DEEP

for assemble the hinge put first the top side (use the image for references) and in the bottom side of the female hinge you have a little notch to introduces the other side of the male hinge
