I created a filament spool adapter in Tinkercad for the Sovol SV06 but it is universal and allows the spool to move more easily without much play.

Notes:
After printing, briefly remove the existing holder and place the two parts of the one just printed over it, screw together with the printed nuts and put the whole thing back in the original place!
