We often travel and play cards, this is a bit more of a rugged storage, and should protect against the elements.  I made 2 versions, a single and double deck.  Case is of my own design, with a simple hinge, no required hardware an minimal, and was printed with a .6 nozzle @ .32 layer height, so should work with anything finer.

To operate, press the side in with the dot on top, and lift the lid.  To close reverse the operation by squeezing side, and popping lid down.  I've done drop tests of a foot to hard surface and from 4 ft to carpet.

Added a plain lid for a user request (Ed).
