I based this on a design I found and have used, but modelled from scratch in OnShape. It has been designed to be fully parametric, all the important variables can be changed to suit your needs.
Variables
| AngleLean | This is the angle of the device, the higher the number the farther back it will sit, the lower the number the more upright. |
| AngleSupport | The angle of the rear support. A lower number will reduce the height of the support on the back of the device. |
| DepthBase | How deep the stand is. A deeper base will be more stable but take up more desk space. |
| BaseWidth | The width of the stand. Generally a little less (say 10mm) than the width of the device |
| DeviceThickness | How this the device is, include any case etc. |

In the Features Tree there are two suppressed items: Test Extrude and Rotate to Print. Right click either and select Unsuppressed to activate them. The first produces a part that is 10mm wide so you can print a small test piece (lacks all the chamfers and fillets). The latter rotates the piece ready for printing, if you don't want to bother in your slicing software.
I have attached a few demo pieces here, the numbers in the file name refer to the variables above so:
20 - AngleLean

Demo Parts
20-45-50-60-10 - Good for phones
20-45-100-150-10 - Good for tablets
45-50-125-150-10 - Good for tablets to type on(?)

Printing
Pretty forgiving and easy to print. I have done a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layers and a 0.8mm nozzle with 0.5mm layers. Materials are up to what your need as well!
